Leonarde de Serault, the industrious Marquis.
A learned and progressive ruler. He does not let himself be hindered by The Shame, his great-grandfather. Skilled in politics, he does not take kindly to those who seek to subvert his rule. Leonarde wants to make Serault the jewel of western Orlais.

Dragon Age: Inquisition[]
The Inquisition sends agents to investigate why Justinia V visited Serault before going to the Conclave and if that had anything to do with her death but without making their presence known to Leonarde.
Following the Battle of Haven it is revealed who was behind Justinia's death however all these events stirred up fear and discontent in Serault which the Inquisition quells by sending soldiers. Consequently, the Marquis sends gifts to Inquisitor Ellana Lavellan to express his gratitude.
